Bills are paid by the residents, and we check every month that electricity, water, heating and building fees are settled. You never have to follow up.

What if the home sits empty?+

You keep receiving rent from us. Vacant periods are our risk, not yours.

Does the home need to be furnished?+

Not necessarily. We work with both furnished and unfurnished homes and will advise what suits the market better.

Can I end the contract early?+

Yes, under the termination terms set out in the contract. We aim for long-term relationships but never lock you in.

Who handles repairs?+

Day-to-day maintenance is organised by us. Larger repairs follow the contract and are always agreed with you.

Do you use Airbnb and Booking?+

Our main focus is long-term rentals. If you prefer, we can also discuss short-term management.

What documents do I need?+

Proof of ownership and an ID. We prepare the contract and all remaining paperwork.

How fast can we start?+

Usually within days of the viewing once terms are agreed. Rent runs from the date in the contract.

My property has a mortgage. Is that a problem?+

No. A mortgage does not prevent renting out. The contract with us gives you steady income for the payments.

How much notice do I need to take my home back?+

The notice period is written in the contract and respects the residents’ legal rights. We agree it at signing.

Is the property insured?+

We recommend property insurance and can help arrange it. Responsibility for damage is set out in the contract.
